Fuson Earns TMP Status – Expecting to Conquer the World
It takes three years to earn the coveted Tourism Marketing Professional (TMP) credentials.
Greg completed his third and final year in Dohlonega, Georgia this past week at the campus of North Georgia State University. The TMP accreditation is earned by completing three years of an annual one-week course in tourism marketing and education. The classes are taught by tourism professionals from around the United States. Greg also added an emphasis by studying the Festivals and Events track. So, now he’s a TMP that knows how to make festivals and events pop.
“The Southeast Tourism Society’s TMP accreditation is about commitment to the industry of building up places. I do tourism research, so it’s my job to stay relevant to the new trends in travel planning and marketing,” said Fuson.
Congrats Greg!
