How can a tourism organization inspire outdoor visitors to also explore everything its two vibrant downtowns have to offer?
For our longtime client, Allegany County Tourism, we developed a downtown-focused campaign designed to complement the region’s strong outdoor appeal. The creative strategy intentionally invited hikers, bikers, and adventure-seekers to extend their stay by discovering two vibrant downtowns, Cumberland and Frostburg, positioning them as must-do experiences with 2X the adventure alongside the trails. Through bold, playful messaging and cohesive visuals, the campaign connected outdoor recreation with dining, shopping, arts, and culture, encouraging visitor spending where it matters most: local businesses. The result was a compelling story that celebrates place, supports economic impact, and proves that great adventures don’t end at the trailhead but continue when you Go 2 Town!
